Lemongrass Seafood Bar & Grill in Moss Landing

Although the decor is not authentic thai style as many westerners will expect when walking into a Thai restaurant, the food is quite authentic and tasty. They even have sticky rice which is best when eating Som Tam (papaya salad) and laab salad. Surely a place I would recommend for those that can’t wait the long line at Phil’s market. Staffs are very friendly. Parking is available on site.

I simply enjoy their dishes. I always get awesome service there. The place is well organised and the workers are always kind. Will visit here again.

I Had shrimp & calamari. Very good. Next time I'm going to try the Thai food.

Casual atmosphere. Very good Thai food as well as seafood. Moderate prices. Favorite with locals. Don't let the outside appearance keep you from trying this.

LOVE Lemongrass!! Now with only take out their regular phone number doesn't work, so after 4 tries of trying to hear the working number on a terrible line we have up☹️

Superior curry dishes. We've come back several times now, and we haven't been disappointed. Their Thai dishes are pretty great compared to the rest of Monterey County. They have an interesting menu with modern and American dishes as well, but I haven't made my way past the Thai dishes yet.

Tasty Thai food! And my girl and I have had a lot of Thai food. We got the crispy duck, yellow curry, and spicy green curry. As well as the lemon grass appetizer. All was well made and scrumptious!

Went with a group of 10 on a Saturday for lunch and ordered multiple dishes. Very poor service. Some of the dishes were good especially the soups. I ordered grilled Salmon. Salmon was way undercooked. When I showed the fish to the waitress I was told this is how they cook this dish and if I wanted to have it well done I should have mentioned while ordering.

First time eating here. Food was good. Lemon Drop drink was very good. Will definitely go back.

The place has great ambiance. It has a full bar, not noisy & clean. The pineapple fried rice and calamari were so good that we finished them so fast. On the way to their restroom, they have a little gold fish pond, that was relaxing to watch.

Really good Thai food, a little pricey, but that's to be expected given the area. I got the Drunken Noodles (sans bean sprouts because they're gross) and it was really good. I didn't immediately taste spiciness so I added a little. My wife got the Pad See-Ew and said it was "very yummy" and probably one of the best takes on the dish that she's eaten. We got the fried egg-rolls for an appetizer and they were fine (see picture).

Extremely happy with the visit. I went there after 3 hrs of whale watching trip. Tried Fish & Chips and Pineapple Fried Rice. Both were really delicious. Also, the staff there was very nice - very polite and attentive. I would surely like to go there again.

Honestly I was expecting a hole in the wall Thai restaurant with some very good menu options. What I got was a hole in the wall Thai restaurant with some mediocre menu options pretty bad service. They also had a kitty pool stocked with goldfish which was really interesting in a weird sort of way. nothing on this menu was better than something you would find at a Safeway. Perceived with caution.

Thai food, mmm, super yummy. Food was so fresh. I had a brother come into town and he asked me to go back here. It has a great feel to it.

Yummy food. Great servers. Only challenge is the distance. Moss Landing is a good drive from nearby towns like Salinas or Monterey.

It was my first time there and it was GREAT. The ladies that helped me were sweethearts. Great service. I forgot the name of my meal but it had shrimp nice sizes veggies in sweet and sour sauce with side of rice it was GREAT

A Deliciously super sweet meal & new to my tongue food experience. Good service & refreshingly Friendly staff. The portion sizes were great, (perfect to bring my 15yo bottomless pit). Location & ambience were f'ine, not too quiet so that my 4yo can join in too next visit . No disturbances that I noticed throughout our almost 2 hour stay. Relaxing & tasty, definitely recommended.

Visited this place based on friends recommendation.Very comfortable environment inside, the person who took order explained in detail about each item. I ordered Crab Fried Rice as it's been a while I haven't tried crab.Coming to the quality of food, these guys are awesome. I have tried many that restaurants and this one is definitely the best, I also tried Lemon grass seafood which was also very tasty.They also server good quantity, so prices are also Ok.I would be definitely visiting this place whenever I am coming South.

I would love to give this restaurant 5 stars, but the service is lacking. I have come here several times, and have felt that because I have two small children with me, I get ignored. Tonight my family sat for 15 minutes and not one wait person came to take a drink or food order, and they weren't short staffed and the restaurant wasn't packed. The food is excellent, so if you don't have kids, I'm sure your experience will be much better than mine.

It was ok Thai food. The fried rice I got was kind of dry and nothing really special, however have to admit the portions were quite large.

This spot can’t be missed. What a hidden gem! The chu chi duck and the lettuce wraps were sensational. We will be back soon. Thanks for making a bunch of grad students have an amazing lunch!

Ordered the spicy seafood fried rice, it wasn't spicy nor was it tasty. The seafood was bland shrimp overcooked.

Great food and service! The organic chicken with steamed veggies is my favorite. We go to Lemongrass after watching whales off Moss Landing. Nice beach for dog walking nearby too.

Food was excellent! But the service was slow. The mango dessert is out of this world!

Wonderful food! Good location and prompt wait staff. Reasonably priced with room to accommodate a large party. We ordered a wide array of food and all of it was super tasty. Communication can be unsure but super friendly.

Hidden gem in Moss Landing. Right off the busy highway, easy to miss but worth stopping . The building and decor are a little dated, but the food and the service is great. Enjoyed the Phuket Cooler from the bar and the spring roll appetizer is a must.

Amazing as always. Seriously some of the best Thai food I have ever had, and in Moss Landing, CA of all places. Oh did I mention they have a full bar as well. Great prices great service, amazing food. It you are stuck in traffic after work swing in and enjoy an amazing meal.

Not just a tourist trap! This place has great thai food. The Pad thai is excellent!

Friendly, good service. I got the seafood spicy fried rice, and the savory heat was just what I was craving. Separate from the dining experience, I loved that in the back, near the bathrooms, was the small pool where they were raising the fish for the display tanks throughout the restaurant.

I heard three groups of people, plus my own self say that was damn good food. I liked the yellow cury, sweet like flavor. My wife really liked the red curry. But we also liked the red pretty well also. The bar was strong tonight. The margarita, whiskey sour, thai punch, and water were all delicious. Service was great smiling and happy. Food was great , definitely going back.

Loved it. For starters we ordered Tom Yum soup, Mieng Kham and Mermaid. All were excellent. Mieng Kham was new to me. It had so many flavors in each bite. Tom Yum is one of my favorites. I loved their preparation. We also ordered steamed mussels, crab cakes and crab fried rice and Mango Boba drink. Everything was great especially the Mango Boba drink. The server was a middle aged woman, seemed very dedicated and hard working. She seemed a bit shy though, didnt smile much but served us very well. I would definetely recommend this place.
